By buying or using Popout you agree to these terms.

Your license

A purchase gives you a license key to use Popout on your own Macs, up to the number of activations the key allows. Please do not share, resell or publish your key, or try to get around the license check.

Payment

Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record, which handles payment, tax and receipts. The price and any tax are shown at checkout before you pay.

Refunds

If Popout is not right for you, DM @yenargy on X with the email you bought with and we will refund you. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, and the license key stops working.

Your agents

Popout runs on coding agents you already use, such as Codex or Claude. You need your own account with at least one of them, and their terms apply to what they receive and produce. AI output can be wrong: check it before you rely on it.

No warranty

Popout is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Popout.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, the date above changes with them. Questions? Message @yenargy on X.
